- You are missing items from your order
- Damaged item/s recieved
- Haven’t seen results even after following all instructions provided.
How do I avail my refund?
Head over to our contact page either through the navigation bar or the “contact us” button found at the bottom of our website and reach out to us. It’s that simple!
You can also contact us using the QR Code present on the product.
Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
What do I need to do to receive my refund?
In case you haven’t received your product, are missing items from your order or haven’t seen results. Include your Order ID/Number when messaging us.
In case you received a damaged good, Include your Order ID/Number and a photograph of the damaged item when messaging us.
How do I return my product?
We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. We suggest you share the product with a friend or donate it to your local shelter!
